With more than 50 years of combined experience in real estate, Richard and Cindy David established Proventus Group in Shanghai, China in 2013. Since 2017, the business has expanded to Canada and has undertaken in excess of CAD50M of projects.

Our company’s name comes from the Latin term, “proventus,” meaning “yield, growth, and success.” These values are not just economic measures but core principles that guide our actions. We strive to act as a “rising tide that lifts all boats,” and our approach is collaborative and success oriented.
